3 out of 5 stars

A perfect Balakrishna entertainer for those who like his movies. Balakrishna is the greatest mass hero in India and everything related to him is always over the top. The movie starts with the young(?!) Balayah living in Turkey with his mom (Honey Rose). He falls in love with Shruthi Hassan. His mom decides to invite his dad, Veera Simha Reddy (senior Balayah). Honey Rose explains how Senior Balayah is the pride of Rayalaseema and why she had to leave him. There is also Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in a pivotal role. Every scene is mass masala overload. As someone who enjoys such movies, I throughly enjoyed this one including laughing out loud in some serious scenes. You need to right mindset to appreciate the paradoxes that are there including 62 year old Balayah falling in love with 37 year old Shruthi and confessing his love to his 31 year old mother, Honey Rose. Yet, truly a Jai Balayah film.
