2.5 out of 5 stars

The film is simple yet enjoyable because of Bunny’s screen presence. It is a story of a rich boy (Allu Arjun) whose life comes crashing down when his father dies. He decides to part with all his wealth to keep up his family honour. He falls in love with Samantha. However, to marry her, he needs to overcome a challenge. Rajendraprasad as Samantha’s dad is hilarious. Upendra as villain is good but his characterisation looks compromised to make the hero king-size. Samantha is cute as always. The biggest plus is Allu Arjun’s dance for DSP’s foot tapping numbers and comic timing. The predictable linear story line and boring first half are the negatives. Action sequences are over the top and totally unbelievable. Director Trivikram could have concentrated more on the screenplay.
