2.5 out of 5 stars

A good first half wasted by a predictable and slow second half. The film is based on a real life incident from director Mari Selvaraj’s life. Two young boys love being in school and hate weekends because they have to go to work in the plantation farm. The film is about their friendship, the fun they have, a puppy love involving their teacher and the cruel world that is never favourable to the poor. The movie progresses well in the first half. However there are several give aways that make you predict the second half and have the climax becomes un impactful. SaNa’s music is good.
