4.5 out of 5 stars

A touching masterpiece. Everything is good about this film which is based on a true story. The hero lives in a village in the mountains. He is honey hunter leading a happy and content life in the mountains. His wife falls ill and he is asked to take her to the town hospital at the bottom of the hill. The film is hard hitting and makes you realize once again that we are not living in a world that is equal to all. The cinematography, music, acting and direction are all fantastic. The histrionics could have been subdued. The director shows a good character in bad light and I felt it was forced and unnecessary.
