is loud and guarantees a headache. True the film is slightly better than the previous version…so if you liked part 2, then you can definitely watch this third instalment. The plot is just the same. Surya is asked to investigate a case in Vizag. In the earlier part he chases someone from Africa, in this case he goes to Australia. How he solves the case after fighting with half a dozen side villains and brings down the dummy main villain forms the basic plot. Surya has played his part well. The problem is with the director. He tries to bring an artificial sense of speed by fast forwarding all the scenes and this gives you a headache. There are so many villains and there is no strategy but only muscle power to beat them. Surya keeps pouncing on the villain like a lion in every scene and the director uses graphics to morph a lion in Surya’s face. Just because he is an angry cop, even simple dialogues are narrated in high decibel. The action scenes are over the top, gravity defying and completely unbelievable. In the earlier part there was a one sided love from Hansika and in this movie it is Shruthi. In recent times this is the film with the worst comedy. It is not only dumb but also irritating. Songs are not good. Anushka looks tired. There are a couple of linkages to previous parts and those are good. One or two scenes also make you sit up. Wish the director had used the same intelligence for the rest of the movie. When they give you a hint about the next part, a person ran out shouting for help.\
