This investigation film is very different and worth watching. Vinay Anthony is a world famous journalist who quits his job due to a personal tragedy. A murder and some events in his life pull him back to journalism. When he finds a pattern, he gets into investigative journalism to uncover some big truths. This is a slow burner. Initially the film is too slow. We see a drunken Vijay Anthony and know well that he has an interesting past and that he will get back on track. It is kind of a long wait for the obvious to happen. The film picks pace once the hero starts investigating the murders. There are three leading ladies and they have been used effectively to move the story forward. Music by Rajesh Vaidhya is good. Director CS Amuthan, has moved away from his comfort zone and has come up with an interesting film.
