4 out of 5 stars

Finally, a good OTT release in a long long time. This is an anthology film with five different stories and all of them dealing with the theme of Covid lockdown. Sudha Kongara, Gautham Menon, Rajiv Menon, Suhasini Manirathnam and Karthik Subbaraj. Each story is different and have their own plus points or limitations. I personally liked these three. Sudha’s story where a middle aged couple exhibit their love with a younger version of them also being shown. Jayaram, Urvashi and also their younger versions Kalidas and Kalyani Priyadarshan steal the show. The second one was Gautham’s story with MS Baskar and his grand daughter. A beautiful relation unfolds during the Covid time. Again, this too has great performances. The third one is Kathik’s story which is completely different from all the other stories. Rajiv’s story is a bit erratic. While Suhasini’s story emotionally connects with you, the overacting, outdated dialogues and some unrealistic narration spoils the story (especially a scene where they dance to a Spanish song). The film is a good entertaining watch.
