A feel-good movie that starts well with a great first half but drags big time time due to a documentary type second half and ends with an emotional and touching climax. Director Pandiraj proves once again that he is the best when it comes to movies with children. The film about two hyperactive kids who are always controlled by their parents and are kicked out of their schools because of their behaviour. At one stage the parents decide to put the kids in a hostel. Enter Suriya and Amala Paul in a cameo and how they help the parents understand how to manage kids and make them successful forms rest of the story. The first half is very good and the audience really enjoy every dialogue and joke. The films strength and weakness is Surya. As a producer choosing such a movie needs to be specially appreciated however his star value makes him bigger than the character that he plays and that doesn’t help the film. The director has to show Surya as a caring dad and someone whom the kids love. He also has a few lengthy dialogues which bring a big yawn. Loved the characterisation of Ramdoss and KK’s performance. While the BGM is good, the songs are a let down. The graphics in the story narrated by the little girl is very good. The film has a predictable second half and lacks the finesse that we have seen in earlier Pandiraj films. The movie is a must watch for a certain type of parents and teachers.
