An excellent first half is followed by an average second half and an ordinary climax. I am irritated with director Samuthrakani for the wasted effort. Jeyam Ravi watches corruption all around him. Though he tries to be honest, the corrupt officers give him trouble. How he frames these corrupt officials forms the crux of the story. The first half is superfast and the interval segment itself is like a climax. The film loses steam in the second half with some unnecessary scenes and songs. Ravi has acted well. Amala Paul has no role. The dialogues are outstanding. My favourite dialogue is “in our country, though we stand as a crowd, we are alone”. The graphics and fights are pathetic. Do watch this film for the message and the great first half.
