An interesting thriller. The hero of the film is a dog (credited first). Sibiraj a police officer finds the dog in his neighbour’s home and with this elderly army officer dies, he has to take care of the dog. The dog is a military trained breed and when the hero gets into trouble, the dog helps him. The whole film is based on Sibi’s bonding with the dog and the dog’s adventures. With a run time of 2 hrs, the film is crisp and to the point. The film picks up pace before interval and is thrilling till the very end. Credit to Director, Sibiraj and the dog. The film has no boring moments. What it lacks is a strong villain who after some intelligent moves becomes predictable and cowardly. It is refreshing to see such different movies coming in tamil at regular intervals.
