A good watch. Started watching this film expecting it to be ordinary but was pleasantly surprised. The film is about a small town girl who wants to get into IIT. While the infrastructure does not permit it, how she manages to get it and also succeed there forms the basic plot. The film is interesting and doesn’t bore you at all. Anandhi has played to role of Kamali with ease and she is good. There are two things that I didn’t like. The reason given for her IIT dream was frivolous and defeats the spirit of the film. There is too much English in IIT and climax and this could work against the film with audiences who can’t follow the language.
