4 out of 5 stars

Kadugu is good and pleasantly refreshing. Director Vijay Milton bounces back after a setback. The casting is perfect with Rajkumaran (Devayani) being cast in the lead role. RajaKumaran is Puli Pandi. He goes to Tarangabadi to assist the new inspector. Bharath is the local big wig who is basically a nice person wanting to help his constituency to develop. When a minister visits his area, he tries to get him to visit his constituency and get some schemes approved. However, the minister tries to rape someone. How Bharath reacts to it and the role played by RajaKumaran forms the basic plot. The film is an absolute entertainer. The dialogues are sharp and a big plus point. RajaKumaran is the biggest plus and he has acted extremely well. The director’s brilliance lies in making the climax mass fight believable. Watch the film.
