4 out of 5 stars

An interesting thriller. When Jayam Ravi and Arvindswami were cast again, I honestly thought they are making a mistake because the film will draw a comparison with the hit, Thani Oruvan. However, this film cannot be done by anyone other than Arvindswami. It is an interesting story where the villain has the ability to interchange his soul with any other living person. He uses it to rob banks. When Jayam Ravi, an ACP tries to hunt him down begins the cat-mouse game. There are very few dull moments. Though the film resembles face-off or a 90s tamil film (Chinna Vaathiyaar), the director needs to be appreciated for several original ideas. Hansika is OK at times but mostly a weak link. The songs are good. It is completely an Arvindswami show. Don’t miss it.
