A political thriller with Mammootty as the Chief Minister of Kerala! The film starts in a high tension mode with everyone fearing the CM. A young student posts some derogatory comments on the CM and the police track him. Until he is presented to the CM, we don’t get to see Mammootty. Then comes his mass introduction and we get to know the CM in detail. The film traces the journey of a CM who genuinely wants to develop the state. Mammooty’s performance is very good. The police station scene is another mass situation. While there are several good moments to make the film interesting, the biggest drawback is the predictability. We know well how each scene is going to end and that makes the film an average one. The challenges posed are also not good enough for a top hero.
