4 out of 5 stars

A slow paced crime thriller that is well made and hence an interesting watch. The film starts with a murder that happens in 1970s and then quickly moves to the present where a traffic cop (Rishi) is desperate to move to the crime department. During some road construction work, a few skeletons are unearthed and Rishi starts investigating though this does not fall under his purview. A reporter and an excop (Anant Nag) help him. The film clearly belongs to director Hemanth Rao for his engaging screenplay (he is also the screen writer for Andhadhun) and some fine acting by all. Charan Raj’s music is good too.
