Dilwale is a dullwale and could well end up as a dudwale for SRK. SRK is a mechanic who leads a simple life with his brother. When his brother is attacked by a drug mafia, SRK goes to their den and attacks all the Mafia goons. That’s when you learn that SRK is a don in Bulgaria and that his brother is actually his step brother. Wait, doesn’t this sound like Amitabh’s Hum. Well there is no Bulgaria in Hum and SRK is not a timber merchant. In the flashback scenes we learn about his love with Kajol and why they fall out. In present life SRK’s brother falls for Kajol’s sister. Will SRK reunite with Kajol and what happens to the other love story forms the rest of the plot. There is nothing interesting in the film and most scenes are extremely boring. SRK appears old and though pretty, Kajol looks out of place. The comedy scenes drag the film further and most songs are also bad. Wonder why they chose such a bad movie to remake. At more than 2 hrs, the film is a patience tester.
