An ordinary film made extraordinary by some brilliant acting from the lead actors. The film is about a painter couple EddieRedmayne and AliciaVikander and their love for each other. When Alicia asks Eddie to pose as a lady for one of her paintings, Eddie discovers the female inside him. Eddie slowly transforms into a female and Alicia supports him in the transformation. The film is based on a true story. The acting is superlative and oscar deserving. The film is thoroughly entertaining and is touching towards the end. The story is simple, and the narrative is linear. A faster pace or a different pattern of presentation could have made it more interesting. The movie is not suitable to be watched with kids.
