Another good princess story from Disney. The big difference is that this is their first Southeast Asian princess and the dragon story would appeal big time with the kids in the Asian region. The plot is simple. There was a time when there was danger to humanity and the dragons sacrificed themselves to save the human. When a similar problem arises, a princess tries to take the help of the last dragon to save the world. The story is magical and the entire animation is colourful. The biggest problem is with the screenplay. There is nothing new and most scenes are predictable. The film is boring at times and that’s the big drawback. While the film could still appeal to the kids, there is nothing interesting for the adults.
