A well-made sci-fi action film. In distant future, US gets divided into five factions based on virtues such as honesty, selflessness, peaceful, brave and intelligent. There are also people who don’t belong anywhere. A small percentage of people have more than one virtue and they are called as Divergents. The divergents are seen a threat by others. What happens when Shailene Woodley a divergent chooses to be a part of the brave faction forms the basic plot. It is a high octane action entertainer. The film has some resemblance to Hunger Games but still is unique. When the film ends, you will want more and wish there is a second part.
