An investigative crime thriller that is mostly good. A landlord with a bad reputation of harassing his tenants is made responsible for the suicide of one of his tenants. Meanwhile there is a murderer on the move with more murders and a tenant disappears. The landlord needs to find the serial murderer before it is too late. A good premise with some good twists. The big drawback is the length and certain unnecessary scenes which are not relevant to the narration.
