A crazy yet dark comedy from Bong Joon Ho. A college lecturer gets annoyed with a dog that keeps barking all the time and decides to kill it. There is a janitor in the building who has a crazy habit. There is also a book keeper who lives in the apartment complex who decides to investigate the case of missing dogs in the apartment. The film is wacky and enjoyable.
