A detective thriller in Mysskin style. The film is Mysskin version of Sherlock Holmes. Vishal is Sherlock and Prasanna is Holmes. Vishal accepts a case from a young boy. The boys dog has been shot dead and he promises to find the killer. His search leads him to a larger case. How he manages to solve is the plot. The film has Mysskin stamp in almost every frame. Be it the title music, knife fights, subway scene, intelligent twists, detailed narration, camera angles, unique characterisation and many more. He ensures that we love the detective character despite his unpredictable nature and that is a big win. Every scene is interesting. The only drawback are the scenes where the police are shown dumb, a scene where Vishal emotes and a lengthy (yet interesting) climax. Arol’s music is very good. Vishal, Prasanna, Vinay and everyone have played their role to perfection. There are some excessive violent scenes which are not suitable for kids. My kids however watched the film with me, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Hope Mysskin works on a Part 2.
