A film that tries to touch upon a social message but seems to be confused as to which message to convey. It starts with a person losing his bulls and trying to lodge a complaint. The story traces his efforts to find the bulls. The problem is when the film suddenly tries to be a Peepli Live with a shift in focus. The audience suddenly are introduced to several problems that exist in the village and the film moves away from the politics of the missing bulls to other issues. In the end, the film doesn’t really give solution to any problem but only touches the problems at a surface level. Loved the subtle satirical comedy that exists throughout.
