Thoroughly enjoyed the film. The film happens in the future. An asteroid hit kills a lot of humans and the insects/animals are turned into a monster. Humans are forced to hide underground in bunkers. After 7 years in hiding the hero decides to get out and go in search of his girlfriend. This would mean, he needs to fight the various monsters. This is a Zombieland with monsters in place of the zombies. The story, music and performances are good. However, visual effects is what makes the film interesting and the film has also been rightly nominated for an academy award. The monsters are interesting and the way they have been dealt with makes the film even more interesting.
