3 out of 5 stars

A mountain tribe is constantly troubled by a wild elephant. They take the help of a Mahout whose Kumki elephant can fight and drive the wild elephant away. The Mahout falls in love with the daughter of head of the tribe. Good premise and the way the film has been shot needs special mention. Brilliant songs and good comedy provide the required support. All is well until the second half which slowly starts to waver and ends in a pathetic climax that spoiled such a good film.
