4 out of 5 stars

Another brilliant thriller from Myskin. After a disastrous “Mugamudi”, the director is back with a genre that is his forte. This film is no “Anjathey” or “Yuddham Sei”, yet it is interesting and keeps you hooked. The entire film happens during nighttime with limited characters. Kudos to the excellent photography and interesting scenes that break the monotony. Illayaraja’s music is awesome and takes the movie to a different level. The title card has only Illayaraja’s name! Myskin’s movies always have some wow moments and this film has many such. Especially when you are waiting for a boring flashback, the director comes up with a touching animal story. The end credits are also interesting. The film drags just before the climax and this could have been avoided.
