Another gem from Kim ki-duk. A loan collector uses extreme violence to get back his money. Suddenly, a woman reaches out to him claiming to be his mother who abandoned him. Does the person accept her, who is this woman and does mother’s love change him forms the rest of the story. Beautifully taken with excellent visuals and touching narration. Every scene has a purpose and the ending is awesome. This if a mix of art house and commercial action. The film has disturbing violence and sexual scenes. Definitely not recommended for kids and some adults who can’t stand such scenes.
