An interesting film. The film has the similar Madurai violence backdrop but the difference is a screenplay that is different. The film starts with the death of a local bigwig (got a sense of dejavu because of Pandiya Nadu and Vizha). The bigwig has two families. While their kids are friendly, there is a lot of rivalry amongst the relatives. There is a lot of bloodshed and violence. However, there are many thrills which keeps you at the edge of your seat. NR Raghunathan’s background music is extraordinary. The story is built in the first half. The second half appears stretched due to some slow scenes, the love segment and some songs. Worth a watch.
