Road less travelled but ends at a predictable destination. A love story between a thief and a pretty dhaba owner is narrated in flashback. There is also a psycho inspector who is also in love with this girl. The film unfolds in a thrill manner with a great first half. It is the second half that falters due to an inconsistent screenplay and speed braker songs. The setting, acting, humour and photography is top notch. Sathya’s BGM is also very good. Director Krishna (Sillunu oru Kaadhal) has come up with a different kind of a love story but didn’t know how to finish it differently. There is a cheap taste in showing the heroine’s beauty and some of the camera angles are purely for commercial purpose, hence the film is not suitable to be watched with kids.
