4 out of 5 stars

An interesting film. The film is a biography on mathematician Alan Turing who helps the government to break an important code during the World War. Benedict Cumberbatch is brilliant as the obsessed mathematician. The film also touches upon Turing’s sexual orientation and how the government reacted to it. The writers need to be commended for simplifying some complex scenes. The team dynamics and how Kiera Knightely (a team member) helps Turing has also been shown well. The film deserves the multiple Oscar nominations.
