Supposedly a rom-com where there is no romance or comedy. The film can be enjoyed only if you understand what is funny in America. The lead role is played by Amy Schumer who is a stand-up comedian. Amy is scared of getting into a long term relationship and sleeps with many people to have a good time. She has been assigned the task of covering a sports doctor for her fun magazine. What happens when she falls in love with this doctor is narrated with a lot of stand-up jokes on famous personalities, race, colour and sexual orientation. Honestly, I couldn’t follow most of these jokes and hence my rating is a reflection on my inability to enjoy the film.
