1 out of 5 stars

A confused and boring film. The film starts well in 18th century where it speaks about a person who has been able to control all the five elements and how he is buried alive with a book of secrets. The story then moved to current timeline and focuses on an unemployed Bobby Simha. The book reaches him and he suddenly seems to get some power. Post this you expect something big to happen but your expectation remains an expectation and the story doesn’t move beyond. To top this, there is another flashback from the 19th century which bores you further. The climax is pathetic and you feel sorry for Bobby Simha for wasting his time on this film. Every character has been wasted and that includes the pretty heroine (Reshmi Menon) and the talented villain (Kalaiarasan).
