3 out of 5 stars

A feel good fantasy film from Nagarjuna. He seems to have a knack for choosing the right film in the fantasy genre and coming right after “Manam”, this one is also entertaining. Nagarjuna and his wife Lavanya decide to get divorced. The reason being, Nag’s obsession with work and his inability to balance his personal life. They go to their village and share their decision with Nag’s mother, Ramya Krishnan. Ramya Krishnan complains in front on her dead husband’s photo. A miracle happens and her husband (Nagarjuna in dual role) comes back to sort the issues. The elder Nagarjuna as a casanova is a scream and he plays to the gallery. There are several mass scenes and some hilarious episodes. Nags is terrific with his body language and clearly differentiates the two characters. Music by Anup Rubens is very good. Beyond a point there is nothing different to do and hence the movie drags to a dull climax. A little more innovative sequences could have made the film another classic like Manam.
