A story not about the founder but about a successful and ruthless businessman who takes over McDonald’s from its original founders and turns it into a successful franchise. The movie is based on the real life story of Ray Kroc. Michael Keaton is brilliant as Ray Kroc. The film tells you an interesting story and is worth a watch for those who love biographies. The dialogues are brilliant. The ruthless manner in which Ray Kroc bulldozes the real founder makes you feel happy as well as sad and that’s the problem with the screenplay. True it is a biography but still there seems to be something missing in the characterisation. This makes the film uninteresting at times.
