Wow… a stunning film on World War. Two British soldiers have to take a message to a regiment which is about to walk into an enemy trap. The message needs to warn them to abort the mission. This is a tense thriller with great moments. The Cinematography, Visual Effects and Sound Effects are fantastic and completely worth the Oscar nominations. The film completely belongs to director Sam Mendes and the Best Picture Oscar is reserved for the film unless a foreign film upsets its chances. Come what may, I am praying that Thomas Newman finally gets his much-deserved Oscar for his brilliant score which takes the film to a completely different level. The film is a must watch in a theatre with good acoustics.
