The film is mostly hilarious and hence watchable. The film is about a stingy Don (Vijay Sethupathi) whose aim in life is to save money and buy back his family theatre which was sold to Suresh Menon by his dad. When Suresh Menon refuses to sell him the theatre, he decides to travel to Paris and kidnap his daughter, Sayeesha. The plot is about his mission and whether he succeeds. The real winners are Yogi Babu (Assistant Don), Saranya (Don Amma) and Don Paati. Their comedy timing works very well. Vijay Sethupathi overacts in many scenes which kind off irritates you. His loud mouthed dialogues, heavy BGM and some not so funny scenes put you off. However, there are some laughters that keep coming at regular intervals and hence makes the film interesting. Sayeesha as always acts well, dances brilliantly and is super glamorous. Loved the scene where Vijay Sethupathi goes to kill someone on a budget.
